Refund/Exchange Policy

At The Shuu Club, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at theshuuclub@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide further instructions for the arrangement.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
