運送政策

1.1 香港境內訂單預設指定順豐出貨。 對於來自其他地區或國家的訂單,香港郵政將按照我們的政策條款執行。

1.2 訂單追蹤
如果選擇順豐速運,付款完成後,當貨件交給第三方物流商時,系統會透過電子郵件向客戶發送「運單號碼」。 普通郵件沒有追蹤功能。 客戶應對運輸過程中可能發生的任何風險負責,包括但不限於物品遺失、延遲交貨或損壞。

1.3 交貨時間

訂單付款後 3 個工作天內出貨。
訂單截止時間為香港時間18:00。 18:00後的訂單將以隔天訂單處理。
送貨服務可能會受到季節性因素(例如,在重大銷售活動期間)或假期(例如,聖誕節、農曆新年或復活節)的影響,並且可能需要更長的送貨時間。 請留意屆時的通知。
如果客戶需要快遞員在指定時間內送達物品,請直接聯絡快遞員。

1.4 交貨條款與條件

如果一個訂單包含超過1個運輸箱,第三方物流提供者可能會單獨出貨,因此根據物流提供者的送貨安排,送貨時間會有所不同。
雖然我們盡力安全包裝貨物以便運輸,但對於物流公司在運輸過程中的錯誤而造成的貨物損壞或遺失,我們不承擔任何責任。 我們會協助您向物流公司尋求賠償,但我們不會直接賠償您。
第三方物流提供者只會送貨到訂單中指定的指定地址。 時段送貨服務僅適用於香港本地送貨。 訂單一旦確認,將無法更改任何訊息,包括送貨地址。 如果您需要協助,請聯絡我們。
當貨物送達至所提供的送貨地址時,即視為已送達並由客戶收到。 對於因地址不正確或不完整而導致的任何延誤或失敗,我們不承擔任何責任。 無法送達的物品將退回The Shuu Club,顧客同意並接受我們有權取消顧客的訂單。
若收件者授權他人代收貨品,The Shuu Club 及第三方物流供應商不承擔任何相關風險或損失。
第三方物流提供者將盡合理努力在承諾的交貨日期之前交付貨物,但客戶同意並承認所有交貨時間可能會延遲。
對於自然災害、政治因素、罷工、核爆或戰爭等不可控制因素造成的延誤、損失或損壞,我們不承擔任何責任。

Shipping Policy

1.1 By default, SF delivery is the designated shipping method for orders within Hong Kong. For orders from other regions or countries, Hong Kong post will be implemented in accordance with our policy terms.

1.2 Order Tracking
If SF Express is chosen, upon completion of payment, the system will email the customer the "tracking number" when the shipment is handed over to the third-party logistics provider. Regular mail does not have tracking. Customers are responsible for any risks that may occur during transportation, including but not limited to loss, delayed delivery, or damage to items.

1.3 Delivery Time

  1. Goods will be shipped within 3 working days after payment of your order.
  2. The cut-off time for orders is 18:00 Hong Kong time. Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed as the next day's orders.
  3. Delivery services may be affected by seasonal factors (e.g., during major sales events) or holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, or Easter) and may require longer delivery times. Please pay attention to notifications at that time.
  4. If customers require a courier to deliver items within a specified time frame, please contact the courier directly.

1.4 Delivery Terms and Conditions

  1. If an order contains more than 1 shipping box, the third-party logistics provider may deliver them separately, resulting in different delivery times depending on the logistics provider's delivery arrangements.
  2. While we make every effort to package goods securely for shipping, we are not responsible for damage or loss of goods caused by errors made by the logistics company during transportation. We will assist you in seeking compensation from the logistics company, but we will not compensate you directly.
  3. The third-party logistics provider will only deliver to the designated address specified in the order. Time-slot delivery service is only available for local Hong Kong deliveries. Once the order is confirmed, no changes to any information, including the shipping address, can be made. Please contact us if you need assistance.
  4. When the goods are delivered to the provided delivery address, they are considered delivered to and received by the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Undeliverable items will be returned to The Shuu Club, and customers agree and accept that we have the right to cancel the customer's order.
  5. If the recipient authorizes someone else to receive the goods on their behalf, The Shuu Club and the third-party logistics provider are not responsible for any associated risks or losses.
  6. The third-party logistics provider will make reasonable efforts to deliver the goods before the promised delivery date, but customers agree and acknowledge that all delivery times may be subject to delays.
  7. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, political factors, labor strikes, nuclear explosions, or war.
  8. Recipients are advised to inspect the goods promptly upon receipt. If any non-human-caused damage is discovered, please contact us immediately after receiving the goods to arrange for returns or exchanges. For more details, please refer to our return and refund policy.
  9. In case of any disputes, The Shuu Club reserves the right to make the final decision.
